LEAD CITY ANNOUNCES ITS 7TH TEACHERS REGISTRATION COUNCIL OF NIGERIA (TRCN) INDUCTION

The 7th TRCN Induction at Lead City University

Lead City University is proud to announce the Induction and Registration of 121 new educators into the teaching profession by the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria, TRCN.

The 7th induction ceremony, which took place on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, was a befitting one. The event was graced by the principal officers of the university, including the Vice Chancellor, Professor Kabiru Adeyemo, The Registrar, Dr Oyebola Ayeni, The Librarian, Dr Olanrewaju Osaniyi, The Deputy Vice Chancellor, Management and Humanities, Professor Omolara Campbell, the Provost, Postgraduate College, Professor Afolakemi Oredein, the Pioneer Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Education, Lead City University, and the Current Dean of the Faculty of Education, Professor Donald Abidemi Odeleye and other staff of the university. Also, present at the event were Mr. Okunola Abimbola who represented the Registrar and Chief Executive of the TRCN, Professor Josaih O. Ajiboye and Professor Emmanuel Aderemi Akinade, Nigerian Academy of Education (NAE) Representative.

These newly certified Teachers, holders of B.Ed, B.Sc. Ed, and B.A. Ed degrees, Postgraduate Diplomas in Education and other members of the university community who desired the TRCN certification, are specialists in different fields including Education Management and Various aspects of Arts, Science, and Social Science Education. They are now licensed to teach not only in Nigeria but anywhere in the world. Congratulations to our newest cohort of global educators!!!
